If it's an info doc, yes.
Stragegically, there has to be cooperation between DKIM and the mailing list
people, because much of the problem could be fixed with some changes to mailing
list software, there's a minimizing function to cause the fewest changes in
each place with the most benefit.
Explorations with ADSP are also goodness, but 1 is *the* priority.
