No. DKIM doesn't really say much about either the From: address or

Mailing lists work perfectly well with DKIM. All this stuff about trying
to peer through them and removely validate contributors is something that
lists have never done before and we have no reason to invent now.
Agreed. But to be clear, the TPA-Label extension for ADSP authorizes
informal third party services. The authorization provides a reasonable
basis for exceptions in an ADSP "all tpa-sig" assertion which can help
avoid problems in using informal mailing-lists, such as this list.
It would be prudent to verify the third-party service confirms
subscriptions. This confirmation was a service we offered many years
ago, which has become unnecessary for legitimate services. TPA-Label
protection does not require the validation of contributors.
