Previous columns are unchanged with exception that where it said 'header'
it now is replaced with 'header field' or 'field' and 'headers' is
replaced with 'header fields' an rare case just 'header'. This is to make
it use language semantics that RFC2821/RFC2822 drafts appear to use.
Also one raw about patent/license requirements had been added and couple
other raws rearranged.
P.S. If somebody has copy of microsoft postmarks document archived
somewhere please let me know - microsoft unfortunetly appears to have
removed it from their site...
