Nope. I've decided not to specify any sort of "standard namespace prefix"
in the document. That's all.

of your most recent responses I'm no longer willing to spend time in a
give-and-take trying to figure what you mean by this.
This point arose from the discussion on namespace support. Since then
you have moved from a refusal to support namespacing to effectively
dropping your requirement to support compatibility with legacy
namespace unaware parsers. Fine by me.
