Initially, I thought that the propoganda that was being pointed out
was the article on vmyths, which was written over three years ago and
is full of FUD.  


This header does not appear in the messages I am receiving.

While most of the messages that I receive from this list do not have
this message, PHB's original message with the subject "On the
interpretation question." does indeed have it.

This appears to be either something that PHB added, or something that
verislime added.
