The Caller ID spec has been available publicly on the Internet since
late February. It was only last week that we finally put it into ASCII
jail and published it as an ID.

Checking right now of the work documents I do see that CallerID
mentions
RFC3123, but notably CallerID document was only released by Microsoft
at the time of the meeting week ago and was immediatly absoluted by
the
fact they'd write new draft joined with SPF, so while I glanced
through
CallerID draft I did not bother reading it entirely.
