I really think we shouldn't get to caught up in this 480 byte limit.
The 480 byte limit is a limit of UDP. The potential to have to fall
back to a TCP call-back connection is pretty scary to sites that receive
billions of messages a day.
Again though, I'm fine with the draft the way it is as long as we tell
people to be wary of the aggregate limit on TXT records and the
suggested include: workaround.
