My situation is that I am on the Earth, in 2004. In my
situation, I can
neither publish nor obey a record ending in ' -all' with a reasonable
expectation that I would not be causing valid email to be rejected.
I know not how the situation is different for you.
I have many "pointer" domains, used for marketing (websites and advertising)
but for which emails
are never actually sent from. It is *very* valid to use -all for those
domains, as any email from
anywhere claiming to be from someone at one of those domains is definitely
forged.
Publishing -all for those domains alone will save me some forgeries and bounce
crap and virused
messages.
