Why all the hassle. Let the people/market decide.

- if someone publishes -all and gets important mail bounced s/he can
  still decide to remove/change -all
- if someone uses forwards and doesn't receive emails any longer, s/he can 
  o  remove the forward
  o  ask the next next hop/destination to switch of SPF checks
  o  implement something as clumsy as SRS

This is something the users must decide and it will influence the
success of SPF, SRS or any other method like them. They break the
Internet mail infrastructure as it existed for more than 20 years,
we'll see how it will work out.
