I suggest that 128 bit keys be used.  This is the same as with IDEA
and CAST, so it is convenient for the implementation.  Blowfish is not
thought to have any special weaknesses at this key size.  And this size
provides a work factor far beyond anything possible for exhaustive search
in the foreseeable future.
