I've finished up adding in all the comments about draft -02, and am buffing
and polishing draft -03. I've also added a section of implementation nits,
based upon some of the puzzlements that Tom Zerucha and Bill Geiger have had.
In talking to Tom Zerucha, he said that he's been pleased with what we have
as something to implement to. He's even compared it favorably with other
specs he has worked with. Consequently, I'm declaring -03 to be final call.
When you have comments on -03, please be explicit about what you want me to
change. Best of all is something like: "Please change 'xxx yyy zzz' to 'xxx
aaa bbb zzz'" because then I know exactly what you want. If you want me to
add a paragraph, give me a suggestion, I'm more than happy to edit and
rewrite. I've felt bad in the past because I've been slow on a number of
perfectly reasonable requests for no other reason than I didn't understand
the request.
