Alice, Bob and Olive story may be vulnerability of public key
distribution and verification, is not sort of policy.

If you mention about privacy, I mean hiding personal information,
PGP's (simple) digital signature scheme is not enough to solve it.
You might need blind signature, undeniable signature, non-transitive
or other digital signature scheme.
