Let me confirm. Can this problem be solved if we use the binary
signature?
I think that it is the best way.
However, UA using traditional PGP easily cannot make text mode
signatur.
I think that it should be as follows.

SHOUD sign by binary mode signatue.
Note:
When using traditional PGP, UAs MAY sign by text mode
signature after MIME transfer encoding (Base64, Quated-printable,
etc). But, that UA is called `weak agent in OpenPGP/MIME'.
