RE: Even newer versions of the drafts

Well, it's nice to know that the most important work we have left to do on
v2 is dealing with capitalization. :-)

Does everyone agree with Jim's thourough study of the matter? If so, I'm
feeling like turning the drafts in this weekend as final for the
informational RFC. Of course, the RFC editor or the IESG may kick them back
for any of a number of reasons, but I think capitalization isn't one of them.
