Re: List of ESMTP extensions

I've now updated the Web page for this mailing list at
<http://www.imc.org/ietf-smtp/> to include the list with the corrections
from the list. Let me know if you see other changes needed.

Also, Dan's survey of number of publicly-accessible servers at
<http://pobox.com/~djb/surveys/smtpextensions.txt> is about a year old. Has
anyone done a similar survey recently? It would be interesting to compare
the results over a year.
