Re: compressed content-transfer-encoding?

We already have a standard for sending compressed data in e-mail.
We have an IANA registered content-type application/zip.

What more is needed? That mailers start using it?
Is there a need for an attribute to "Content-Type:application/zip"
with the name "Uncompressed-Content-Type"?.
