Yes, I was.

Oh great.  So now in addition to my DHCP address being blocked because
some previous incumbent was a spammer, I can be blocked because the
previous owner of the address had a virus. (And you know *very* well that
some fool is going to "fix" their mail hub's virus scanner to automagically
feed reports into the RBL without human intervention).

From what? There are already RBLs that blacklist dynamic IPs.
Not that I like it. Yes, there will most likely be machines that automatically
report infected machines.
