The following issue with 2821bis-01 is still open, but we have a
tentative conclusion that needs to be affirmed after 2821bis-02 comes out.
3) the use and validation of the domain name value in EHLO or HELO
The discussion on this issue was all over the place with no totally
clear consensus. Some of the text in section 4.1.4 has been rewritten to
eliminate redundancies and to add more cross references. When 2821bis-02
comes out, please review the text in section 4.1.4.
