Recap: 2821bis-01 Issue 5: Sect 4.4. Syntax of ID in trace: needs confir

The following issue with 2821bis-01 is still open, but we have a
tentative conclusion that needs to be confirmed.

5)      Sect 4.4. Syntax of ID in trace

The discussion on this issue gave a fairly clear consensus forming
around changing "string" to "atom". However it was pointed out that this
needs to be "dot-string" instead of "atom".

I'd like to reconfirm the consensus between these two choices:

(i) change "string" to "atom"
(ii) change "string" to "dot-string"
