Section 6.2 - favoring reject over bounce

In Section 6.2.  Unwanted, unsolicited, and "attack" messages, I 
suggest favoring reject over bounce by a rewording of the sentence:
  They should be "bounced" as described above only if they cannot be 
delivered,
  and cannot be rejected by the SMTP server during the SMTP transaction.
