Yes.  It's completely against the RFC.  The text part after 550 is ignored
by the SMTP client state machine.  If it receives 550 after ".", then it
MUST assume that NONE of the original recipients received the mail.

The SMTP client is encouraged to preserve any text after the 550 when
it composes a DSN, but it's not obliged to.  So any extra information
passed in the human-readable text may be lost.
