Sieve processors executing redirect statement are permitted to change 
the MAIL FROM, or leave it. There are arguments in favour of both 
behaviours. If it's changed, it'll probably be to the owner of the 
sieve script, or to <>.

   It was my understanding that sieve is a "language for filtering
e-mail messages at time of final delivery". If so, the URI fetching
and message regeneration will already have been done. So I don't see
a problem here.
