Ok, so A Registry for SMTP Enhanced Mail System Status Codes,
draft-hansen-4468upd-mailesc-registry, has been updated.
This one represents a proper merger with
draft-klensin-smtp-code-registry, and (I think) addresses almost all of
the comments that have come out since -02.
As requested, it has added a typical Associated Basic Status Code entry
to the registration. It also has a table showing the typical Associated
Basic Status Code for many of the existing codes, seeded with those
found in RFCs 4468 and 4954. There are many holes in this table, though,
that need to be filled in. Please feel free to contribute to this table.
This version does not define X.8.Z. I was not convinced there was enough
of a consensus to add it.
