Yes: I, too, implement CHUNKING on my mail system (~Oct 2016).  Of
course, I also advertise BINARYMIME.  No takers just yet.

IIRC Exim added it a few years ago. Postfix added it in 2018, not
sure if it's enabled by default.

It's in the latest Postfix release 3.3.2 from November 24, 2018.  It
seems to be enabled by default.  As this version moves into popular
distros I expect to see more CHUNKING in the wild.

It's been in EXIM but might have been disable in a lot of configs due
a bug or two.  Not sure what the current status is.

All this gives me (some small) hope.

But, of course, CHUNKING is the easy fist step to BINARYMIME.  There
are much more difficult issues to resolve before we can move to binary
email.
