Microsoft supports BINARYMIME about ½ way; you can send binary message
content to them, but they never seem to use it for outgoing mail.
Apparently Apple shipped a version of Postfix with BINARYMIME support
with “the old macos server” I have been told, but I have not found the
source code for that version anyplace.
