That’s the sort of problem we are trying to solve as a collaborative, better
scalable, solution at dnswl.org <http://dnswl.org/>. But uptake by users of
positive domain reputation has been relatively poor so far, even though I
believe it would be beneficial especially for small-ish sending and receiving
systems.
