This sounds like a protocol which would not run popular in California or else
they will communicate themselfs of the US west coast. Also, isn't the long
range devices under international non-spread agreements? Some implementations
is certainly under strict legal control due to their technology.
Will the draft cover the usage of Modified Time Interval Encoding (MTIE)?
