No.  Security is set as low as it is because users can't stand anything higher.
Why do you think people put their passwords on Post-It notes next to their
monitors?

You conjecture sounds a bit paranoid to me.  People who work at Microsoft are
just like everyone else; they do not meet in caves around an altar at the stroke
of midnight to plot world domination, no matter what rumors you've heard around
campus.
