Info Reqd. in the field of RSVP !!

Hi ,
I have just entered in the world of RSVP protocol.
Can anyone pls send some details as what are the various resources  that
can be reserved by RSVP in order to provide QoS to the network.

It will be grateful if someone can send across the sorcecode for the
RSVP implementation.
