that is pretty darn efficient.
perhaps we need to start a new IANA numbering series, for Bad Ideas that
have come up before, so that we can simply respond with a number that
points to an explanation of the reasons the idea is bad.
This, of course, is a variation of an old joke about a new guy in prison,
but might actually be helpful.
