Yup. When judges decide cases, that's bad. When juries do, that's good.

I disagree.  part of IESG's purpose
is to do review from a broad perspective.

On that we agree to disagree; I see no such charter implied or expressed
in 2026 - and the fact that it notes the need for _independent_
technical review is, well, notable.
