Well, I couldn't afford to go, so I can't say you're wrong, and I don't
know why I didn't see that on the list.
I guess on procedural grounds, you win, even though we all know that
there's nothing B or C about this document.
I cannot comment on the process issues, but I'm afraid I have to agree with
John's technical assessment of this document.
