Renumbering the internal network would be completely silly.
You certainly do not want any interruptions of the local network traffic
just because you frequently change the address on the external interface for
privacy reasons.

This is why ULAs are useful. People just need to get used to the fact
that IPv6 addresses derived from ISPs will change from time to time,
and that you will have several of them. This is not your grandfather's
TCP/IP.

This is also why we have the MIF, HOMENET and 6RENUM WGs.
