Interesting, a discussion perhaps not for this list (but more
information could be), I am curious of how the review panel is selected,
when it is going to start to operate, and some others ops things.
I looked around but I couldn't find anything really useful excepts for
some PRs. So if you have a pointer I would be grateful.
