IMnvHO, any anti-spam approach that depends on good behavior
from the spammers is a waste of time unless it is accompanied by
strong, enforceable, and enforced "if you break these rules, you
will spend time in prison" provisions.


Think of the exercise as a Mythbusters experiment.

"Many viewers wrote in to tell us that this was a great way to stop spam,
in this episode we find out!"
