There are two assumptions that I'm not 100% convinced are entirely true
1- That a new supra entity will be ever able to deliver any solutions for
level 8+ issues that please all when on the equal basis argument some will

I'm not sure its "to deliver solutions" as much as facilitate existing groups
to cooperatively
work on solutions, but the point is taken and quite a realistic concern.
2- That using ICANN as a reference, the multistakeholder model works
reasonably well to be expanded
I do not know whether the "ICANN" implementation of the multistakeholder will
be
used at all, as opposed to its practice in the RIRs, or as it is implemented in
the IETF.
But I appreciate you taking the time to clarify some concepts and I agree
that better and more coordination is needed but I believe we are trying to
design the roof when we are not still sure if we have the right foundation.
Happy to provide whatever information I can; I myself am unsure of 1net's
probabilities
for success, but am keeping an open perspective on it and figure its better
than some
of the possible alternatives that might emerge trying to do the same.
