Important business users, with Yahoo accounts? Is that a joke?
If you've ever done business in the third world, you will find
that government officials use e.g. Yahoo accounts, because
they're more reliable than their local provider, and, unlike the
local provider, aren't spamblocked.
Yes, this makes telling the actual government officials from the
fraudsters pretending to be government officials a bit more work -
personal relationships, introductions, and whatnot.
