What about the developing world, wouldn't NN define more problems
towards ISP's, note increased traffic, also slow speeds being
experienced currently would worsen . It would be a drag and a half.

especially why it is under attack in the US, I suggest  this video
segment . Hosted by Jon Oliver, the former Daily Show correspondent with
his own show now on HBO, this 13-minute segment provides what is IMO one
of the clearest (and cleverest) explanations of the concepts, what is at
stake, and a call to action for Americans.

Note: Profanity exists in the original HBO broadcast, but it is bleeped
out in the YouTube version.
