Probably not.

You didn't specify which url generated that. I woud hazard that it's the
IETF one.

You, should probably verify that your browser supports rfc3546 SNI as
part of TLS 1.0.

In this case, you get one when you look to see what feedback there has
been previously, to see if others are experiencing the same problems as
you are and the answer is, 404!  Has there been feedback about this
already? 404!
