These are good points.
Privacy concerns should be added to the list.
I think privacy may be different from anonymity, esp. since anonymity refers to
the sender generally.
However, receiving agents may want to restrict people from knowing that their
address is real, or that they have read or received a message, or even the
file type of the contents.
