[approved] Saving email attachments

Hello,
 When users send email attachments to mailing lists, the attachments show up 
with the same name on the webpage.
But, when they click on the attachment to save it, the "save as" name 
changes.
 For example: If a user sends and test.xls attachment to the mail-list, the 
attachment shows up as test.xls on the webpage. But, when a user clicks on 
test.xls to save it, the "save as" name changes. 
 Is there a way to keep the "sace as" name as test.xls?
