If you add -kb the file, it won't rewrite the ID.
Thanks for the tip, Eugene! However, I checked the CVS docs, and it
seems to me as if the -ko option, which turns off keyword expansion but
not line-ending conversion, is even more accurate.
Earl, maybe it would be a good idea, after all, to remove the file and
re-add it with the -ko option.
