There are some sample worked cases.

Get to Earl's WebSite and find the FAQ.  It will lead you to
what you need in terms of examples for reference as you get
the hang of how the system thinks.  Then you can deal with
the online HTML documentation because you will have a general
orientation to the coordinate frame.
