I wanted to put all followups to a message in a single ordered list,
instead of splitting apart the ones from References: et al. and the ones
from Subject:.
This required the following change to mhonarc, which I thought I'd pass
back to get merged into the distribution if desired. I didn't bother
making the behavior a resource or anything, sorry.
Why not just set the TLEVELS, TSUBJECTBEG, and other related resources
to get what you want? Check out the "Page Layout" sections of the
docs and see how thread index pages are layed out. I believe you
can set them in a way to obtain the layout you want w/o code
modifications.
