I help manage Majordomo at eldar.org. We offer free mailing lists to people
who want them, and also provide them with MHonArc if they want to use it.
The only problem that we have is that we needed to limit the number of
LISTs because of bandwidth. Unfortunately, we are at our limit. I am sure
there are others out there also (I will be starting another in a few
months), isn't there?
