Ah, perfect. The problem with $A_HREF$ was not the relative URL,
but rather the inclusion of the word "HREF=" in the output.
Doh. You're right. $A_HREF$ and $A_NAME$ represent the HREF and
NAME attibutes of the anchor element.
Note, if you know that a message's filename may have URL special
characters in it, use the :U modifier. For example: $MSG:U$.
