FWIW, that's a syntax error, due to the presense of the special character
colon ":" in a phrase field. Of course, you could change the colon to a minus
'-', and the syntax would still be legal, but no easier to parse. A pity that
this field wasn't defined with more rigor. And header fields that violate RFC
822 syntax are so common that you, the programmer, just have to deal with them.
