Hi Ken,
We're going to a point where UTF-8 is going to appear in email
addresses. That's technically allowed today under the new RFCs.
Right, and without a fallback `ASCII' encoding, say. So if I give your
butler my calling card then you simple can't type in my email address to
your non-Unicode system. Nor can you encode it with escapes in any
fashion unless nmh grows its own encoding system where the RFCs don't
require one and decode to UTF-8 before sending. Lots of work and extra
documentation for few? users.
Cheers, Ralph.
