That sounds reaosnable, but is not really necessary - people playing
with their components files probably have some idea what's required (and/or
what they require). As it is now, the components file can be set up to
ignore fcc - so it is possible to add "-fcc outbox" to repl in .mh_profile
and then based upon the -form switch (which components file is chosen) either
use it, or ignore it (or even modify it.)
There is just too much history with some of this to go fiddling with it
too much - things can be used in ways that are hard for others to imagine.
