From exmh's perspective, I suppose it would be easy to disable the
Content-ID caching.
Or spot the duplicate and refuse to have anything more to do with the
transgressor! :-)
I heard yesterday from another producer of Quoted-Printable
multipart/mixed that they were fixing their invoice-emailing code,
thanks to nmh pointing it out.
$ mhlist 42
mhlist: "multipart/mixed" type in message 42 must be encoded in
7bit, 8bit, or binary, per RFC 2045 (6.4). One workaround is to
manually edit the file and change the "Quoted-printable"
Content-Transfer-Encoding to one of those. For now, continuing...
